Grateful uses two forms of automation to produce and deliver your notes:
- Content generation:Note text is generated by Anthropic's Claude AI based on the information you provide. Notes are not written by a human author. You review and approve all content before sending.
- Physical production: Approved notes are physically produced by Handwrytten using robotic pen technology that writes with real ink on real stationery. Notes are not handwritten by a human person. The result closely resembles human handwriting but is produced by an automated pen system.

Anthropic does not retain your recipient information or note content for training machine learning models, improving Claude's performance, or any purpose other than fulfilling your immediate request.
