Yes! Every note is robotically handwritten with a real pen on premium card stock. The result is indistinguishable from a human handwritten note. Your guests will think you wrote each one by hand.

Pricing is per note and includes the pen writing, premium card stock, and postage: $10.99 for a single note, $8.99 each for 2-49 notes, $7.99 each for 50-99, and $6.99 each for 100+. There's no subscription and no signup fee. You pay only for the notes you send.

Most people never pay one. A deposit only applies when you bulk-import 20 or more recipients in a single upload. Add people one at a time, or in smaller imports, and there's no deposit at all. When it does apply, it's a small flat amount based on the size of that import ($4.99 for up to 25 recipients, $9.99 for 26-100, $14.99 above that) and it unlocks note generation for that group, so you can read every note before deciding to send. It isn't an extra fee either: the full deposit comes back as credit toward your send at checkout.

We mail to all 50 US states and every Canadian province. Canadian addresses carry a small international postage surcharge per note. Other international destinations aren't supported yet.

Once you approve and send your notes, cards are typically written and mailed within 2-3 business days. Delivery to your guests depends on the postal service, but most arrive within 5-7 business days of being mailed.

Absolutely. After AI generates your notes, you can review and edit every single one before sending. You can also set a default sign-off for the entire batch (like "Love, Marc & Sam") and override it on individual cards.

Not unless you tell them. You choose the voice, review every word, and can edit any note before it's sent, so the final note is one you approved, written in real ink. On our side we're transparent about it: an AI disclosure appears on every note review screen while you're working.

Each note (greeting, body, and sign-off) is capped at 500 characters so it fits beautifully on standard card stock. Some card designs have slightly lower limits, and the editor shows a live character count while you write.

Cash gifts, honeymoon-fund contributions, and group gifts work the same as physical gifts. Just describe them in the gift column (like "Generous cash gift" or "Group contribution to honeymoon fund") and the AI writes a gracious note that acknowledges the gift without listing a dollar amount.

Every recipient address is validated when you upload your list, before any notes are mailed. If an address doesn't check out, we flag it so you can fix it before anything goes in the mailbox. No cards disappearing into the void.
