## What Grateful does

1. User uploads a CSV/spreadsheet of recipients (name, gift, address).
2. User picks a voice/tone and a card style.
3. AI generates a unique thank-you note for each recipient that references the specific gift they gave.
4. User reviews and approves notes (edits possible per-note before sending).
5. Each note is robotically written with a real pen on real card stock by Handwrytten and mailed via USPS.

- 2-25 notes: $8.99 each
- 26-100 notes: $7.49 each
- 101+ notes: $6.49 each

A small refundable deposit ($4.99 / $9.99 / $14.99 depending on batch size) is collected up front to unlock note generation; it's applied as credit toward the final send. No subscription. No signup fee.
